Been having a busy month ever since coming back Hong Kong! Had three friends from Malaysia who came at exactly the same period of time and honestly it was quite a tough job being a tour guide given that I always get lost in Hong Kong @@ But that very morning when I was about to meet up my friends, God told me:
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. ~Colossians 3:23-24
And God really gave me the strength and patience to go through those few days with peace and joy. It was really great time spent with my friends (two of them, Xiao En and Qiuhong are from church) and bringing them around. A chance for me to tour around Hong Kong too xd
But I also came to realise my shortcomings and weaknesses in terms of studying methods and how I processed the stuff that I learned. Felt so incompetent in microbiology bedsides and sometimes even during family medicine sessions in which I forget to ask the very simple history like tobacco and alcohol history due to the much shorter amount of time we have for history taking in a family medicine setting (6 minutes). Really really need to work harder. and more importantly work smarter.
Came back from a busy Saturday spent visiting Cherry’s HAP, lunch with Judy then visited LOGOS Hope ship in Tsim Sha Tsui. FINALLY get to study a while. Have family medicine attachment tomorrow morning and then lunch with Becky in Tseung Kwan O.
okokok. study now. ciao! =)
